About me

After a career as an opera singer, I turned to work with my hands. This shop is the culmination of 10 years of autodidactic learning about painting and ceramics. All of the pieces on this site are made with the finest products available. Old Holland, Sennelier, Southern Ice, Audrey Blackman, Mont Blanc… Inks are made on the property of the studio using oak galls, ferrous sulphate and arabic gum, after which they are cured for months. All items are made by hand, each of them, and the ceramics are fired in house. The paintings up for sale have been cured for over 6 months and varnished unless otherwise specified. I hope you enjoy the work displayed here. Thank you for your visit.

About the products

All of the ceramics on this site were made by hand in studio. Some have been hand built and some have been thrown on the wheel. All have been fired in house, which means we have overseen the process from start to finish. Your piece is unique. There are no two alike.

Sometimes a piece will have minor grazes or bubbles in the glaze. This is intended and is not a default. If the piece is not food safe, it will be specified in the details on the object’s product page. If, however, you are dissatisfied, you have 15 days to send it back for a full refund. Please refer to our refunds and exchanges page for details.

I work with the finest porcelains, stoneware clay and every painting is made with Old Holland, Rembrandt or Sennelier paints, is on linen canvas unless otherwise specified, and is of archival quality.

You will receive a certificate of authenticity with each painting.
